General Terms and Conditions from Landhaus HEIMISCH
On your day of arrival, reserved rooms will be available from 15:00 onward. If you have not arrived by 18:00, we reserve the right to assign the room to other guests, so please tell us in advance if you will be arriving later than 18:00.
On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 11:00, or tell us of your need to stay later by 22:00 on the evening before. For departures up until 18:00, half the room price is due, for departures after 18:00 the full room price is due.
Package services booked but not used cannot be refunded. Any cancellations must be in written form, confirmed by us. Should we be able to sublet the room, you will of course not incur any accommodation costs.
Animals may only be brought along with the prior consent of the Landhaus HEIMISCH.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a reservation is subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations up to the 7th day before arrival are free of charge. In the event of cancellations after the 7th day before arrival or in the event of the guest’s absence, Landhaus HEIMISCH will charge 80% of the accommodation price for the booked period.
- If a separate date for withdrawal from the contract has been agreed in writing between Landhaus HEIMISCH and the guest, the guest can withdraw from the contract until then without triggering payment or damage claims by Landhaus HEIMISCH. The guest’s right to withdraw from the contract expires if he does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract in writing to Landhaus HEIMISCH by the agreed date.
